- How do I make an account online?

It's simple to make an account with us. Go to the upper right hand corner of your computer screen and click on the person icon. From there you can go to sign up or if you already have an account you can sign in. If you are on a mobile device you will find the account link in the Menu. Check our privacy policy for the information we collect.
- How can I find my order history?

Make an account with us and you will be able to check your order history anytime! If you wish to check out as a guest you can contact us by email if you have a question about a previously placed order.
- How do I cancel my order?

All requests to change or cancel an order should be by email or by phone to (+1) 757-253-1644 immediately. If your order has already shipped please contact us upon receipt for directions to return the order. Returned items may incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Do you send out fabric swatches?

We sell our swatches in packets. You can find them under Fabric. We have broken our swatch packets down into groupings that allow you to choose by fiber content. Depending on our inventory at the time you order, each packet can be as few as 8 and as many as 20 samples.
If you just require one or two swatches contact us by email to assist you. - Can I shop at your store? Do you ever open to the public?

We are an online store. If you are in the area and wish to pick up an order, you can do so by selecting customer pick up at check out. Orders are filled in the order they are placed and local pickup can take 2-4 days to be fulfilled. Pickup is available only between 10 am to 4 pm, M-F. If you are unable to pick up within 5 business days, your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded. Please call us at 757-253-1644 from the parking lot and we will bring your order to your vehicle.
- How long will it take to receive my order?

For the continental US our shipping time usually ranges from 2 - 4 days. We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt Monday thru Friday. If you are international the shipping time will be based on method of shipping.
- Do you pay return shipping?

We are a small company and therefore do not qualify for large bulk shipping discounts as large companies do. We therefore cannot pay return shipping unless it is an error on our part. In that case we will provide you with a return shipping label. If you are returning a product internationally please mark "returned goods" so that it will not incur duties, likewise if we send you an exchange or replacement we will do the same. Returned items may incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Can you hold my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to hold orders, however the US Postal Service will be happy to if you plan to be away. You can fill out a request to hold mail online.
- Who pays Duties & Taxes? How can I find out how much my Duties & Taxes will be?

You, the customer are responsible for all duties & taxes imposed by your country.
When you go to check out and choose your Shipping method, the estimated Duties and Taxes for your Country will show in that window.
- What measurement increments do you sell your fabric in?

We sell our fabrics in 1/4 yard increments. Trims are sold in 1 yard increments.
- Where do you get your products from?

Our products are sourced from all over the world. Some of our products are sourced through 3rd parties but many more we design and have manufactured here in the US and abroad. Read about our Reproduction Fabrics & Ethics & Sustainability policies.
